By accessing and using HOME AFRICA ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HOME AFRICA is a real estate marketplace platform connecting buyers, sellers, and merchants for properties, vehicles, land, and related services in Rwanda and across Africa.
3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use merchant features.
3.4. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
4.1. Merchant accounts require subscription payment.
4.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
4.4. HOME AFRICA reserves the right to verify merchant credentials.
5.1. You are responsible for all content you post on the Platform.
5.2. Listings must be accurate, legal, and not misleading.
5.3. Prohibited content includes: fraudulent listings, spam, illegal items, or content violating others' rights.
5.4. HOME AFRICA reserves the right to remove any content without notice.
6.1. HOME AFRICA facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions.
6.2. All transactions are between users and merchants directly.
6.3. HOME AFRICA is not responsible for disputes between parties.
6.4. Users are encouraged to verify details before completing transactions.
7.1. Merchant subscription fees are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
7.2. All fees are in RWF (Rwandan Francs) unless otherwise stated.
7.3. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
8.1. The Platform and its content are owned by HOME AFRICA.
8.2. You retain ownership of content you post but grant HOME AFRICA a license to use it.
8.3. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
You agree not to:
11.1. HOME AFRICA provides the Platform "as is" without warranties.
11.2. HOME AFRICA is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform.
11.3. HOME AFRICA is not responsible for transactions between users.
12.1. HOME AFRICA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12.2. You may terminate your account at any time.
12.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
HOME AFRICA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Rwandan courts.
